What type of leather do you use?

We use full grain specifically from Hermann Oak (USA) and Packer Leather (Australia). These are premium, long-lasting leathers that age beautifully and are chosen for their strength and character.

Will my leather product change over time?

Yes. full grain vegetable tanned leather develops a patina with use, it may darken slightly, soften, and take on a unique character over time. This is a sign of authentic, well-tanned leather.

How should I care for my leather goods?

Can I request a custom size?

Yes, contact us before ordering. We’re happy to accommodate custom belt lengths when possible.

Returns

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we may offer an exchange if the item is:Unused and in original condition Not a custom or personalised product Returned within 14 days of delivery Return shipping is at your cost.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We’ll repair, replace, or refund the item as required, you will need to cover return postage.
